Are you an admirer of the Split Club? Get numerous advantages and bonuses, having accompanied to our loyalty program. LP is effective within the whole territory of the Club and is applicable to the restaurant, karaoke, show-bar.

1. What is The Loyalty Program of Split Club?

1.1. Are you an admirer of the Split Club? Get numerous advantages and bonuses, having accompanied to our loyalty program.

1.2. LP is effective within the whole territory of the Club and is applicable to the restaurant, karaoke, show-bar.

1.3. What will you get, having become a member of the LP?

  • At each order we will accrue bonuses (A bonus shall be understood as a purchase of a bonus for UAH 0.01) to your personal account, or you may pay with bonuses for the goods and services, provided by the Club. 
  • The more you order – the more bonuses you get.
  • We keep in mind your birthday date, as well as of your relatives, and we prepare gifts for the purpose.
  • We have special privileges for the most active members!

1.4. Who may be a member of the LP? Any natural person aged 18 and above, who passed the registration procedure, may become a member of the LP.

2. Registration of a member in Loyalty Program

 

2.1. To become a LP member, you should register on the web-site of the club www.split.lviv.ua.

2.2. Having passed the registration procedure, you will get a personal bonus card (A card of the Loyalty Program member is a property of the Split Club), when you'll visit the club. To get it, you should address to the reception employee (hostess).

2.3. Registration on the web-site of the club provides an opportunity to create personal area, where

  • your personal details are stored;
  • balance and transaction of your bonus account are shown.

3. Loyalty Program rules. General provisions.

 

3.1. Accrual of the bonuses to a new member account is done after his/her first order. 

3.2. Accrual/deduction of the bonuses is done in accordance with the rules, provided by the section 4-5.

3.3. One member may get only one card. 

3.4. It is prohibited to handle the card over to the third parties.

3.5. The validity period of the card is 1 year from the moment of the last transaction. Upon expiration, your card will be blocked. 14 days prior to that date we will notify you by SMS or e-mail.

3.6. If more than 6 months passed from the moment of the last transaction, the bonuses on the LP member's account will be nulled. 

3.7. If your card was blocked, lost or damaged, please contact the reception employee (hostess) or dial +38 032 242 22 00.

3.8. The administration of the Club reserves the right to change the Loyalty Program rules.

 

 

4. How bonuses are accrued to your account

 

4.1. Accrual of bonuses to your card is effected every time you produce your bonus card and pay a bill for the goods and services, ordered in any area of the Club.

4.2.  Accrual of bonuses to the personal account is made after 24 hours from the moment of transaction. In Section 6 you will find information how to check your bonus account balance.

4.3. Bonuses are accrued to alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, including cocktails, as well as dishes from the restaurant menu, dishes from the karaoke menu.

4.4. Bonuses are accrued in the amount of the relevant interest rate of the cost of ordered goods and services. The more you order – the higher interest rate, therefore, the more bonuses you get!

4.5. Thus, LP of the Split Club has the following levels of the interest rates for bonuses accrual:

Level 1. Each registered member will get a bonus card with an interest rate of 5%. 

Level 2. If the general sum of the bill reaches UAH 10,000, bonuses will be accrued according to the interest rate of 7%.

Level 3. If the general sum of the bill reaches UAH 50,000, bonuses will be accrued according to the interest rate of 10%.

Level 4. If the general sum of the bill reaches UAH 200,000, bonuses will be accrued according to the interest rate of 15%.

4.6. For accrual/deduction of bonuses, please, inform a waiter before the payment of the bill.

4.7. If you forgot your card at home, for bonuses accrual, you may produce an electronic analogue (a bar-code in your personal area).

4.9. Bonuses shall not be accrued to:

  • the sum of a bill, paid with bonuses;
  • items from Crazy Menu of karaoke and show-bar;
  • items from the Wine List, Hookah Bar menu and Cigar Menu;
  • dishes from Banquet Menu;
  • entrance tickets, tickets to various events, certificates;
  • payment as a reimbursement for losses, caused to the enterprise.

5. How bonuses are deducted

 

5.1. Have a good rest in our Club and pay with bonuses for all goods and services, including karaoke and show-bar entrance fees, excluding those items, to which the deduction is not applicable.

5.2. Bonuses deduction is made according to the rule: 1 bonus = 1 hryvnia (applies to the services of the restaurant, karaoke, show-bar).

5.3. You may pay the bill with bonuses in full or partially.

5.4. You may not pay with bonuses for:

  • alcoholic beverages;
  • items from the Wine List, Hookah Bar menu and Cigar Menu;
  • reimbursement of losses, caused to the enterprise;
  • for some menu items your bonuses may not be withdrawn (ask a waiter for details).

5.5. Bonuses may be withdraw from your account upon submission of your Loyalty Program or a bar-code in your personal area.

6. Do You want to check your balance?

 

You may check your balance in the following ways:

6.1. Enter your personal area on the web-site of the Club www.split.lviv.ua. In your personal area your personal data, performed transactions (accrued/deducted bonuses) are shown.

6.2. Dial +38 032 242 22 00.

6.3. Review the bill, where your bonus account balance is specified.

7. Promos and privileges for Loyalty Program members

 

7.1. You are the admirer of our Club; therefore, we take care of your comfortable and pleasant staying here!

7.2. We have special privileges for the most active members! If within the limits of one month:

  • you visited our Club more frequently than the other persons;
  • you made the biggest amount of orders;
  • the sum of your orders is the biggest among other LP members,

if at least one provision is fulfilled – expect an award from us!

7.3. Follow our news and notifications, there are a lot of interesting and favorable offers for you.
