The following reservation and booking Policies apply to every hall of the Split Сlub.
Guests of the establishment are free to reserve or book time and place for recreation in any of the halls provided by the establishment at their own request, in accordance with the schedule of each of the available halls/units.
Reservations and bookings for the recreation time are accepted for any day within the timeframe of up to 14 days, subject to the seat availability on the desired date and in accordance with the work schedule of the establishment/its units.
Same-day reservations and bookings are accepted no later than 11:00 PM.
Reservation of a place for recreation is carried out free of charge. The sole condition for reservation is that the guest must specify the exact time of the visit and the number of guests for whom a table is to be reserved. Guests with a reservation will be offered one of the tables available at the time of their arrival (according to the number of people indicated at the time of reservation).
When booking a place for recreation, guests have the opportunity to select a specific table for their stay (out of the unreserved tables available at the desired date and time). One mandatory condition that must be fulfilled in order to carry out the booking of a place for recreation is for the guest to pay a fixed amount equal to the price of the minimum order* for the selected table or cover the price of the entrance fee.
* The amount covering the price of the minimum order can be used to order meals, drinks on the menu, hookahs, as well as certain items listed in the ‘crazy menus’ (provided in some halls).
Until the prepayment is received, the booking is considered unconfirmed and invalid. To make a prepayment for the booking, the guest is offered 15 minutes from the moment the request is confirmed. If the prepayment confirmation is not received within these 15 minutes, the booking request will be canceled.
The table reserved by the guests to relax awaits their visit within 15 minutes from the selected time.

If there has been a change of plans for your visit, or in case of some delay on your part, please let us know in advance. If the booking is canceled at the request of the guest at least 1 day before the scheduled time of the visit, the prepayment can be transferred to any other date suitable for the guests within the next 14 days.
